Civil Litigation Fees

A clear guide to the likely costs at each stage of a civil litigation matter.

This schedule is an estimate of costs and guide only. Fees vary case to case in the process of litigation, and can be impacted by complexity and co-operation of parties involved. Not all stages will be applicable to every case. PW-LA generally does not instruct external Counsel and deals with Litigation and Advocacy in the lower Courts. This schedule does not include Appeal work. PW-LA works on Fixed Fees where permitted during stages of the litigation process and these are set in agreement with client before work commences. All fees are plus VAT at 20% (current rate).

Patricia represented us at the final hearing of our civil breach of contract claim. Patricia was extremely professional, well prepared and was able to gather and organise a large amount of paperwork in a short time frame. She was always approachable and answered any questions we had in clear and simple terms. We would have no hesitation in recommending Patricia to anyone requiring legal advice. Thank you Patricia for all your help and support
